I'm not sure of the grommet but I think its a polyeurathane grommet. Call Phil at partsshop.

Clean the rear window with plexiglass cleaner. It's a compound, like rubbing compound. It polishes out the haze but takes work. Sometimes the crease gets foggy and it won't come completely clear. Good luck. mho
