Use Plexus. It is a spray on product. Shake the can well. Use plenty of the stuff. Use very soft towels, like the yellow ones bought at Wal-Mart. Use one to rub the stuff in, the other to buff.
I discovered Plexus from a buddy that uses it on his T-28's and his Beach Duke's canopies.
I also use it on my prescriprion plastic lenses. Great stuff.

But I believe the haziness is moisture, and it should simply go away. It used to happen on my boat's clear vinyl if I rolled up the vinyl while it was damp out. It eventually goes away.
