i recently had the power steering pump hoze and clamp replaced, two weeks later i have experienced another leakage, a local mechanic says the power steering rack is leaking on both ends. is this a sign that the entire rack system has failed, or are there any seals that can be replaced. the power steering system seems to work fine, except for the leakage.
