I have seen a procedure posted, but can't put my finger on it. The BIG secret was removing the wood panels near the inside door handle pull. There are screws behind it. You have to CAREFULLY put something like a thin putty knife behind it to release some clips that hold it in place. This is an easy piece of wood to chip or crack. Look around for some more specific instructions for an example.
