Oh my !!
Did everything continue to work - such as lights, gauges, etc? What did the smoke smell like? Also- did you stop the car, or did you just keep driving and it stopped on its own?

I'll pull the cluster and the underdash panel and look for obvious buened wires. I want to take it to my automotive class, put it on the lift and tighten up the exhaust and change out some fuel related stuff.
