First thing is to discover if it is really binding; the clicking could be caused by a bad connection, old battery, poor alternator, etc.
Why not pull the plugs and turn the engine by hand? If at that point you feel binding, I would look at the work I just completed and make sure all nuts are back in place (properly torqued), all the seals are still where they are supposed to be, etc.
Try to be as systematic as possible in your troubleshooting!
