If the blower is cutting in and out, thats your first problem.

1)Check your blower fuse. The location of this fuse should be on top of the fuse box.

2)Make sure the fan switch (the one that slides and has 4 positions) is moving freely back and forth.

3) Do the lights on the climate control panel cut in and out with the blower?

More information would help. List the type of car in your signature (you can do this automaticallly in your profile) and a picture of the climate control panel would also be useful for this thread. This car is a 'euro' then?
