Hi, I'm a dealer and I recently picked up a 1999 E320.. I found a couple problems, the right (passengers) door mirror won't work AND the drivers seat head rest won't go up and down when engaged.. When I do engage the seat switch I hear a click under the seat somewhere but the head rest doesn't move.

So what do I need to replace?
Is there any recalls that would pertain to this situation?
