I just failed NC inspection because my Check Engine Light didn't come on with the key before start. It worked last week to tell me I had a bad coil..
But, I can't remember if the before start test worked then.

I looked at the lights in the cluster, only one looked bad, swapped it with no changes. I searched with no luck. Fuse 20 is OK.
