Thanks for the reply. The service report says it generates 8 degrees C, but that was yesterday. It is actually around freezing point here at the moment, which could explain a low load.
Another idea crossed my mind: does the aircon's OBD system need to be reset after replacing the refrigerant??
Maybe I'm reading 'old' data.
