Without digging out my climate-control manual, I'd guess yes. If need be, I'll dig it out.
I lost refridgerant in my 210 last fall, and hopefully it was a result of a bad auxiliary fan causing the compressor to bleed off. I topped it off the other day when it was about 65 out, and the auxiliary fan now works, so soon enough I'll know if mine's leaking.
In my case, I filled the system until the left vent temperature matched the right. Before adding anything, I had 65F left, 55F right. After, they were both about 40F. Not very precise, I know, but it should be enough.
