I would like to add that the reason for the difficulty in properly threading the tensioner is the fact that the threads ar very large diameter and very fine threads making it EXTREMELY easy to cross thread. DO NOT use a wrench to start it. Start it with your fingers and if you feel that it is going in correctly but cannot be turned with your fingers, use a wrench and choke up on the wrench, ratchet or whatever. If it takes more than the slightest amount of torque to turn it a full turn or two, examine everything closely.
