Thanks for the info guys. After looking at options I've decided to go with the 300sd. The 420 is just not worth that much to me. The car is in good shape but not pristine. So I'll just put it on hold for now. I might part it out. The interior is in good shape but the car could use paint. I don't think I can justify 4-5 thousand dollars to repair it. So I'll probably be lurking around the diesel forum for a while. If I do decide to part the car I'll post it here first. Thanks for the help.
