those nuts

are a fine tuning device for ignition timing. raise it and the timing of the injection event in the cylinder is advanced (or retarded i am not sure which). if the car ran fine before you had the problem these shouldnt need adjusting. if you truly did put them back exactly as you found them you may be ok. i dont really know. i think larry bible knows about these. you might pm him.
