I couldn't find a bearing calling around to machine shops and visiting a bearing supplier. Maybe if you had an inside contact at a place like that they could find a way for you but when you get it a apart and look at it you will see that it is really a factory fit bearing bracket. Used is a risk but if you can fing one for less than $50.00 including the pulley and idler arm pulley it might be worth the risk.

The only good thing about it is you get a chance to clean up and inspect a lot of the front block.

There are at least two, distinctively shaped, bearing brackets for the M103 engine. Be sure the part is matched to yoiur VIN or you see a picture of the part before you get one shipped.
