Hey guys and gals...I got a C230 Komp 2002 and I live in canada and I can not turn on both Hi beams and Fog lights like I was used to in europe when driving on dark twisty roads...what can I do to de-activate it here...is it safe meaning Im not going to burn my electrical system...

PS..I did not get the HID option...any good aftermarket light bulbs I can purchase to give me more clear, intense light.
