After about ten minutes of researching the boost line I'm sure you're right. But I'm still not sure if that little nozzle I saw is the connection point or the boost pressure switch I read about. It's covered in oil if that gives any indication.
I will do some more research on the turbo, banjo bolt etc. and will hopefully figure out exactly where the connection point is.

that little nozzle would be the banjo bolt. take it out and clean it. i believe you need to heat the bolt up to melt the plastic line back onto it.
the pressure switch is on top of the manifold and a lot bigger.
i think you will notice a performance difference when you reconnect that line!
