On a very restricted budget, I'd get at least a 1/2" torque wrench from Harbor Freight. It might not be the best, but it is certainly better than nothing, and infrequent mechanics (such as myself) have little or no feel for the right torque. With all the aluminum components on these engines, torque is imporant as you can do more damage from overtightening than from undertightening.
