Quick educated guess.
Verizon is not allowing you Route outgoing mail through them to as ???@Surfglobal.
In Outlook or whatever, you need to setup your outgoing mail server to point to POP3.Surfglobal.net (or whatever the old Outgoing SMTP) server address was.
This is a Spam prevention thing, If I want to spam anounomously(?), I send it out as someone else through a different server. ISPs are locking this down.
Note, I'm no pro with direct ISP e-mail systems, but this should give you the right direction. I would hope Verizion might be able to help a little too.
