Hi Peter I dont think so it looks like a wire that came loose from say the six wire plug in that plugs into the whole plug that plugs into the plate under the power mirror switch. the wire ands teh metal housing is probably 1/16 of an inch thick. Thank you for the reply though. the reason i am wondering i posted earlier (oh my gosh was teh post)about my wipers quiting and then when i was tring to figure this mess out found this and wondered if that had anything to do with a saftey interlock or something on the shifter because the key is recoginized becasue the dash says remove key and the radio comes on, but will not turn the ignition switch, after I was checking the fuses and pulled this off to clean the mess from the capichino spill.
