Excellent point! My whipping boy is Congress for their insistence on blaming the oil companies for profiteering when the failure is due to the government and citizenship. Vehicles represent an element common to all, and also something that’s easier to fix than to replace buildings with more insulation and lower energy consumption. But I don’t mean to limit the discussion. Where are other areas where minor changes can be made?
