My 190 cosworth does the same. eha and air flow sw replaced with no result aaaaand still trying to sort it out. Got so bad i disconected the decel sw which cures it but stuffs up the idle speed, too fast. I also will watch with interest. I believe the computer for some reason over compensates and adjusts the idle valve too much. Why is anybodys guess
