I have similar problem. I tested the pump in the car with the signal coming from actuators (doorrs/trunk) it worked fine!! but that was using a direct line from the battery to the pump. This means all signals to the little 3 poles on the pump are OK, and the main power supply to the pump is not good. I tested the plug, it has a voltage but it must be so low in current to run the pump. From that I checked the wiring diagrams for the pump and could not come up with reasonable explanation (there is connectores X30 and 48F)

Any help?
