it could be
a hot start problem. a bunch of bosch injected cars suffered from this in the eighties.
or it could be a hot soak electrical problem. if that you need to check all your battery cables and clean and also the ground ends of them including the engine to chassis ground. sometimes on an older car you will need an extra ground strap from the battery to one of the starter bolts.
