Ok Guys

here is the symptom:

the fan is not coming on on econo, I have to press defrost button then econo for it to work..

I tried switching the temp to min and the fan kicked in..

so it seems that the heater doesn't get the fan to start except on defrost..

The AC starts the fan right away..

so is that the fan or the switch .. I am confused.
