I agree he should be tied to a pole and whipped until until he screams in agony. But appparently the Judge feels he's innocent until proven guilty and deserve his freedom to prepare his defense. The judge is walking a fine line by implementing his restrictions on the defendent and preserving the priests constitutional rights. I wonder who out up the bond for him?
