The wiring isn't correct.
I don't have the diagram in front of me, but I know this...
You have to build it with a wire jumping the 86 and the 30 on the relay because you need power from 15 on the car to power up the coil side of the relay and the power output. Once you do this, you just get the trigger from the pushbutton through the drier (don't remember the pin on the car) and put it to the 85. This will trigger the relay. Now you just have to get the output (87) from the relay to go to the compressor clutch.

You should only have three wire coming from the relay going to the car when done, but 4 on the relay. One that jumps 86 and 30, 87, and 85....
