Hello.. I had my ASR and ABS light to come on.. my 1995 E420 Special Edition I tried everything to figure it out.. I replace my Stop Light Switch and it fixed the problem..

This was cheap.. under 20.00 and I installed it myself in under an hour..
the hard part was to get to the switch..

I'd give this a try...
