I am getting ready to replace my master cyl. I know there is dot3 in there now. My local MB dealer says dot 4 is better, but wasn't very emphatic about it.

Is dot 4 really better? What is the difference?

What is the best way to get all of the dot 3 out? I have heard that mixing 3 and 4 is bad.
