Simple, just remove old... measure to new PS line... reinstall. I think it's about $12 for about three feet of return line.

As for the pressure, have it rebuilt at a hose shop in town. Cost me $20 to rebuild the one on the SD only... versus $55 I think it was for the pressure one. $35 back in the pocket for other parts.
