The over voltage protection relay can cause many strange problems. My car exhibited sporadic losses of power, only momentary, but causing anxiety. My tech said that he had seen many ignition problems on the 103 engine that were the fault of the OVP relay. I decided to take a chance. Replacing the OVP solved my problem, at least.
