There is a 500sec on Ebay...it happens to be in my area... the seller state the abs and srs lights stay on and the tach doesn't work.

Is this a sign of a faulty OVP?

I am watching this car. I could garage it and work on it over time. I know sometimes you have srs light problems due to the brushes, tach could be unplugged (but unlikely) abs sensors -- i guess they could be shot or you can wiggle them at the calipers.
