I have a quick question, recently I had the benz in the shop getting a major transmission leak fixed. That went well, but my mechanic took it upon himself to top off my oil as well. It's filled to the middle of the top indentation on the dip stick. I know it is common wisdom that it should be filled to about the middle between the two indents. I guess the question is how concerned should I be about this? should I drain some out ASAP or can it ride for a few weeks? Keep in mind that I really only put about 30 to 50 miles a week on this car as it is a project and only gets out on weekends to keep her limber.
