I think he is talking about moving the whole injection pump with a crow bar after looseing the 3 bolts. This toothless guy in Central Wisconsin that used to wrench on these cars did it & it actully works well for freeway power (passing power) a little extra smoke on kickdown but a lot of power.

There might be a special touch to it so make sure you know what your doing.
