hood

Well, the problem is that your cable is, well faulty. In order to release your hood, you have to do it manually. You need to remove the plastic cover on the underside of you car. Reach up (behind the headlight units, depending on which side is stuck) and find the hood latch, you will have to unlock it by pushing it sideways.

You will need good fingers ('eyes') as you will not able to see the hood latch. If you were within our coverage area, we would send a field techinican to assist you.
