The leak is between the delivery valve holder and the fill reservoir inside the IP, there is no fuel lost externally.
Definitely replace the delivery valve seal (copper washer, not the o-ring) on #5, they seem to go bad in service sometimes, and if not replaced when an o-ring replacement is done, never seal correctly.
