Would you pay $1000 for a clean body?
I bought a '76 300D. I have put several thousand dollars into it, but I don't care to fix it up anymore and I need to sell it. When I bought it the corrosion on the rear fender looked minor. A buick creased the door and revealed the extent of the corrosion damage.
My question is would it be worth it financially for me to pay $1050 dollars to fix the body properly or to sell as is? Could I recoup that money? I know it will sell better with a clean body, but how much better?
Thanks for the help.
