Sensors in that loop include various temperature sensors in the head and air intake, the potentiometer on the airflow meter, the O2 sensor in the exhaust, etc. You'll need the service manual or CD or to peruse the posts here to find them all. The ECM is what I am calling the fuel injection computer, near the OVP. But, it's all moot if you pull the plug on the ICV and nothing changes. Do that first.
