i have seen this many times at my shop, usually caused by low freon charge. let us know if that fixes your problem.
another test you can do to be sure it isn't a leaking heater valve. is turn the system on EC and lower the temps both to low. see if they are the same temp, if they are, then the low freon is likely the problem
