I'm sure you can get lots of opinions on fluids. I use Mercedes hydraulic fluild for the hydropnematic system part #989910310, Febi/Bilstein fluid for power steering Part#08972 and for brake fluid either ATE TYPE 200 or ATE SL. The Tpye 200 has higher boiling points. For coolant I use only MB coolant.
