Most systems are overkill for these cars. Just yesterday I mixed 1/2 gal RUG with 5 gal 100% WVO Canola . I had 1/2 tank diesel left in the tank. Smelled great, ran quieter as well and I feel that it was smoother but I think that part was just in my head. So if in the spring of Portland OR I can run it slightly mixed the simplest filter and heater system will more than suffice.

I did the overkill method on my Ford PSD. But for this car it is going to be pretty simple.
