This is turning in to a fiasco, as darkness closes in, and the pressure is building..

I have successfully gotten the old/broken B2 piston out of the transmission, sort of. The important part is still stuck in the bore, and I cannot see any reason for it not to come out..but none of the threads say, to my understanding how it is attached, and It looks like to me that the thing is just an interface fit...

one did mention that it is necessary to take the valve body off.. is that the thing bolted to the bottom of the transmission (inside the pan) just below the B2 piston cover?? I dont want to take this thing apart any more than is necessary, but may be that is necessary.
