Yes, and don't be fooled by the badge on 1993 models. 1993 convertibles are badge as 300CE, while 1994-1995 cars are badged as E320.

All three years have the same 3.2 liter M104 engine.
All three years have the same interior.
1994-1995 E320 convertibles have the updated hood / grill / headlights.
