Check the radiator cap... make sure that the spring is still in one piece, and that any rubber gaskets are not chewed up. Inspect the seating surface on the tank itself - sometimes crud builds up on there.
If the radiator itself is not leaking, I would try flushing it first, before replacing it. (do a search for citric acid flush)
