NO!

I just bought a 99 S320 and the seats are quite wide. Im not sure they would even fit in my 126 let alone a smaller car. The 140 is a LOT wider than you think. I tried to reach accross to correct one of my idiotic passengers highly reclined seat settings and had to get out of the car to reach the control.

While the tracks "might" be similar in size you would litterally have to remove your center console entirely and then even risk them being too wide.

Have you considered having yours recovered? You would be surprised how cheap it is.
