The electricly controled mirror on pass. side only works up and down not rt. to lt. I removed mirror from car and can only a spring type wire holding somthing together.Very difficult to get to. Can this be repaired if so how do i get it apart? Also both mirrors have spots on them that will not clean off, can just the mirror be replaced? PHIL
