There are amlost no pre-2000 diesel cars/vans/trucks in the USA with a VNT turbo.

The Mercedes/Dodge/Freightliner Sprinters use a GT22V on their 2.7L CDI engine. Alot (but not all) of VW's TDI's use a VNT15. There are very few other makes/models but those two stand out the most.

From the mid 90's and up, VNT's can be found all over europe. Search eBay motors UK and eBay Deutschland for "turbolader" and the majority of listings will be VNT turbos.
