No, and now I'm not sure what's causing my overheating problem.

I pulled the radiator out yesterday and a cursory inspection didn't show any visable blockage in the tubes. Running a garden hose into the thing was inconclusive since it seemed to have pretty good flow...on-par with other radiators I've messed with in the past. There wasn't much debris on the fins either...certainly not enough to keep it from cooling. So, I took it to a radiator shop on the way to the office this morning. They confirmed that the rad had plenty of flow capability and felt there was no reason to open it up.

So, it's back to square one.

While I have it this far apart, I think I'll just go ahead replace the water pump and fan belt. The belt seems OK but is almost at the end of any adjustment to make it tighter. It takes a while but it does eventually overheat...quicker if you're working the engine hard (mowing for example) longer if you're just twiddling around moving dirt. For the record, it has a new thermostat and upper and lower radator hoses.

Guesses anyone?
