I'm sure you really meant pin 3 not 2:

pin 3 - CIS-E (fuel injection)
pin 6 - SRS
pin 7 - A/C (HVAC)
pin 14 - MAS engine control

Not entirely sure how to access codes from the 9 pin, but I know you need a multimeter with a duty cycle function.
