The zenith kits you found should have all the gaskets you need. And last I checked, extra gaskets are a few bucks each from the dealer. You will want to get acceleration pumps. These days, the kits only have a little plastic skirt for them rather than the complete pump.
Your best source for spare parts is a used set of carbs. They appear on ebay "all the time". Some times, they're only 10$/carb. Other times, it's 100$/carb. There is neither rhyme nor reason to it.
